This Privacy Policy describes how data is collected, used, and protected in connection with the mobile game Vioska (the “App”). The data controller is Klementewicz Development. If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy or your data, you can contact us at: contact@klementewiczdevelopment.com.

The App is a mobile game. While using the App, certain technical, gameplay-related, and advertising-related data may be processed. The scope of data processing depends on how the App is used, the user’s device settings, permissions granted on the device, and third-party services integrated into the App, including Google AdMob and Firebase.

The App may process the following categories of data: a player identifier used within the game system, gameplay progress data, village and building data, building levels, troop counts, owned resources, scores, unlocked elements, game settings, and other information necessary to save and restore the player’s game state. On our own server, we store only the data necessary for the operation of the game and maintaining gameplay progress, in particular the player ID and data directly related to gameplay. We do not intentionally store the player’s real name, home address, or other personal details that are not necessary for the game to function, unless such information is voluntarily provided when contacting support.

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. As a result, Google and its partners may process certain data required to provide, measure, and personalize ads, including advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, ad interaction data, and other information as described by Google for the specific SDK version and app configuration being used.

The App may also use Firebase services for analytics, diagnostics, technical monitoring, crash reporting, performance improvement, notifications, or other features depending on the modules implemented in the project. These services may process technical and operational data in accordance with Google’s Firebase documentation and applicable policies.

We process data for the following purposes: enabling the App to function properly, saving and synchronizing gameplay progress, maintaining security and integrity of the game, preventing abuse, improving gameplay and technical performance, analyzing bugs and crashes, and displaying and measuring advertisements.

The legal basis for processing data may include the necessity to provide the App and its functionality, our legitimate interest in ensuring the stability, safety, and improvement of the App, and, where required by applicable law, the user’s consent, particularly in relation to certain advertising or analytics technologies.

Recipients of data may include third-party service providers supporting the operation of the App, including Google as the provider of AdMob and Firebase services, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, and technical partners where such access is necessary for the operation, maintenance, analytics, or monetization of the App.

Data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including maintaining gameplay progress, supporting game functionality, improving performance, ensuring security, and meeting legal obligations. Gameplay data may be retained for as long as necessary to allow the player to continue their progress. Some data may also be retained for longer if required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Users may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

If a user wishes to request deletion of gameplay data or submit a privacy-related request, they may contact us at contact@klementewiczdevelopment.com. To help us identify the relevant data, the request should include information allowing identification of the player account or player ID. If the App does not use a traditional account system, deletion may apply to the player ID and the gameplay data associated with it.

Data may be processed and stored on servers located outside the user’s country of residence, including through globally operating service providers. By using third-party services such as AdMob and Firebase, some data may be processed by Google or its affiliates in accordance with their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and therefore absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, particularly if the App’s features, integrated third-party services, legal requirements, or app store policies change. The latest version of the Privacy Policy will be made available in the appropriate location associated with the App.
